Brain- Computer Interface

Image
I've linked an article below of a recent scientific trial that could change communication for many folks unable to speak through traditional means. Three participants in the BrainGate clinical trial were able to communicate using " a brain-computer interface". The participants, who are paralyzed, could chat with friends and family, shop online, and share music and videos. Really interesting stuff and a look into our possible future! Vision Project

Our completed Vision Project for CMNS 150. This project was really interesting to me because it showed that, though we are all incredibly lucky to receive an education, the system is not free from issues. I enjoyed hearing everyone's perspectives on balancing school, work, and life. Vision Project Group 1
